My journey began in the bustling hospitality scene of New Zealand and then Vietnam, where I honed my skills in hotel and facility management, laying a strong foundation for customer service excellence. As the Principal Consultant at Collaborative Strata, based in Brisbane, Queensland, my mission is to harmonise community living through strategic innovation and collaborative partnerships. My expertise spans the entire lifecycle of property, with a special focus on strata management across diverse community sizes—from intimate residential complexes to expansive mixed-use developments that include commercial, retail, and industrial spaces.
During my tenure with PICA Group, I led strata branch operations across NT, QLD, VIC, and TAS, overseeing a portfolio that catered to over 100,000 unit owners. This role enabled me to drive operational efficiency, enhance financial management strategies, and deliver unparalleled customer satisfaction.
