With a career spanning senior leadership roles in strata management, property services, hospitality, and operations, Jonathan brings a rare blend of strategic insight and on-the-ground understanding. He’s led multi-disciplinary teams, supported thousands of strata schemes across Australia, and delivered large-scale change projects that put people first.
But more than anything, he’s someone who shows up — for owners, committees, partners, and communities.

Jonathan founded Collaborative Strata with one clear goal: to make things work better. Better conversations. Better decisions. Better outcomes for owners, committees, developers, and the professionals supporting them.

Executive General Manager – Operations at PICA Group, leading national strata service delivery, technology transformation, and customer experience programs.
Hotel & hospitality leadership, bringing a deep appreciation for service, standards, and managing diverse stakeholder needs.
Board and volunteer roles, supporting not-for-profits, sports clubs, and industry working groups to drive impact and inclusion.
Originally from New Zealand and now based in Brisbane, he brings a global mindset with strong local insight.

Melissa TsangCommunity Assistant | Collaborative Strata
Melissa brings a strong foundation in finance, administration, and customer service to her role as Community Assistant at Collaborative Strata. With over 15 years of experience across accounting, marketing, and hospitality, she’s known for her calm, capable approach and her commitment to supporting communities with care and consistency.
Before joining Collaborative Strata, Melissa has gained experience in finance and administrative roles for organisations including MacKays Marketing, Yara International, and Mirvac Hotels & Resorts. Her background includes hands-on experience in accounts payable and receivable, payroll, inventory management, and operations — all underpinned by excellent communication and a sharp eye for detail.
She’s particularly passionate about helping committees and residents feel supported, informed, and heard. Whether assisting with meeting preparation, data tracking, or community updates, Melissa plays an integral role in making strata management feel more human.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys time with family, exploring local food spots, and contributing to community-driven projects.
